• We are Looking for- A dynamic, hardworking & honest person with proven leadership history & sound understanding of cross functional administrative and operational aspects of a continuous process industry, who is willing & able to assume the leadership role in a challenging & fast paced manufacturing unit.
• Job Description/ Responsibility:
• To contribute in maximization of Machine and man efficiency
• To take all precautionary measures for the safety and security of the factory and also for all staffs & labors performing their duties inside the factory.
• To ensure quality & cost control.
• Communicate with VAT authority, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station others Local regulatory department etc.
• Responsible for enforcing companywide compliance. Improve, maintain and introduce new regulation in terms of compliance with the electrical safety, fire safety, building safety, socially responsible management, ISO & such.
• To, on one hand, coordinate with production, utility, maintenance, laboratory & all other departments in the factory for smooth functioning of total factory operation; on the other hand, he should coordinate with head office regarding procurement/receipt of raw material, spare etc and delivery of goods.
• To make sure that all the regulatory requirements are being properly met.
• To make sure that company policy & procedures are being followed properly.
• Good Housekeeping knowledge
