Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure safety and security of the factory
• Maintain Healthy Working Environment.
• Confirm availability of security to factory premises
• Time to Time visit to the office floor & production floor
• Maintain and control Utility services, accommodation.
• Ensuring office cleanliness.
• Liaison with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solve administrative disputes if any.
• Ensure approval and availability of Office Stationary to the employees as per requirement.
• Ensure approval and availability of office furniture and equipment to the employees as per requirement.
• Approve requisition for various purposes within the given limit.
• Maintaining close liaison with the security company for betterment and improvement of services.
• Monitor performance of security team.
• Take necessary action (Servicing, repairing, maintenance, etc.) when any damage/useless furniture/ equipment is identified.
• Ensure seating arrangement for new employees.
• Ensure effective Time Management of all employees.
• Ensure good interdepartmental relationship and support.
• Ensure instruction of higher management to improve office discipline.
• Any other jobs assigned by the management.

• Graduate from a reputed university.
• MBA and specialized diplomas and courses in HR will be preferred.

• Age 30 to 40 year(s)
• Minimum of three to five years experience in a similar position in a recognized RMG sector,
• Proven track record in man management and excellent communication skills
• Must have basic application knowledge & skill in working with MS Word, MS Excel, e -mail corresponding etc.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and Service minded.
• Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills.
• Must have good communication skills in both English and Bangla languages.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Candidate should be hard working like young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
• Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
