Job Description / Responsibility
• Job Grade: PO/SPO
• Ensure the physical security as per the policy of the Bank.
• Ensure the adequate services of Security guards deployed at all the premises of the Bank.
• Maintain liaison with the concern representatives of Security Company in regards to guard/Cash-in-Transit (CIT) services.
• Ensure the vigilance and alertness of the guards through periodical night visits.
• Monitor and supervise the routine guard duties.
• Investigate and arrange in terms of security for designated mission and external events of the bank within the country.
• Attend training on occupational health and safety, CIT Insurance of the organization and Enterprise Risk
• Management to increase the efficiency level and implement the values in the organization.
• Ensure Fire Safety and periodically conduct Mock Fire Fighting and Salvage Drill for the bank.
• Ensure availability of required number of police for the protection of CIT vehicles as and when required.
• Ensure functionality of all security surveillance equipments used for the bank.
• Management skills to manage administrative, security system, guard related and CIT services issues of an enterprise across the country.

Educational Requirements
Masters from any recognized university. Degree on the relevant field will be preferred.

7 to 9 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 7-9 years experience (Experience in security related services will be preferred)
• As the role warrants mobility, therefore, driving skill with valid driving license is a must.
• Good Managerial and Communication skill.
• Sound computer skills
• Capability of managing workloads and deal with sudden crisis/disasters/adverse situation.
