Job Description / Responsibility
To Handle Buyer`s compliance audit.
To give CAP on audit observation.
To assist in follow up & insuring timely implementations of all CAP given.
To ensure Social Compliance Audit.
Ensuring compliance by factory requirements.
Must Know ACCORD /ALLIANCE requirements.
Assist to ensure Technical / Quality Control Audit.
Assist to ensure Quality Compliance.
Assist to ensure C-TPAT Compliance.
Assist to ensure FCCA, SCS, GSV etc.
Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduation from a reputed institute.
MBA (HRM) & Diploma in Social Compliance will be added an advantage.
Experience Requirements
At least 7 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Factory HR Administration
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Age 32 to 40 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Having 7 -8 years working experience in any reputed Garments/ Textile Group, where candidates should have minimum 3 years of working experience in managerial position.
Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
Strong oral and written communication skills, action oriented approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
