Job Description / Responsibility
• To be responsible for the day to day operation of Compliance Section
• To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
• Managing the full process from identification of non-compliance issues and following up improvements to meet acceptable standards and requirements.
• Keep, update and follow-up all related documents for Buyers Compliance Audit
• Implementing and directing Modern HR concept, Social Compliance, Labor Laws & Buyer’s COC.
• Communicate non-compliance issues with factory management and provide guidance thereon.
• Conduct workshop/ training for factory management, workers and stakeholders as required.

Masters from any reputed University with good academic background
Experience Requirements
• 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Requirements
• 10-12 years working experience in similar field in any reputed company specially Garments sector.
• In depth Knowledge of latest Labour Laws, amendments & industry’s standards and regulations.
• Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
• Adequate knowledge in Computer Operation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill and ability
