Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services offered by the company.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
• Recruitment and selection of new members of the marketing team.
• Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
• Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
• Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
• Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
• Administer Sales operations and resolve issues related to distribution
• Develop new partnerships and helps in Franchisee acquisitions
