Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan, develop and implement strategic Policy & Procedure in aspect of Administration & HR management including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, placement, compensation/benefits, orientation, documentation, attendance monitoring, leave management, performance appraisals making, career planning, organizing training, succession planning, talent acquisition, formulation of policies, rules and regulation & Client to Client SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• To accomplish license registration and renewal related job along with form collection and submission.
• To make agreement, renewal of agreement and solving of the problems of the related issues.
• To maintain vehicle, protocol system, Roster Management, Lunch Management, Admin Logistics, House Keeping, Different types of benefit etc.
• To capable & develop Job description, Organogram, Manpower Standard of all employees as per actual basis.
• Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006 & 2013 and amendment of Rules and Regulations 2015, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 on Telecom sector in Bangladesh.
• Liaison with Ministry, BTRC, different association, different Govt. & Non-Govt. Offices, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
• Have to handle local dominance.
• To monitor & facilitate training/awareness on regular basis.
• To Manage dispute settlements according to labor law & office rules & compliance guidelines and to make lease / contract agreement.
• Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per Law and responsible for legal issues of administration.
• Planning, conducting internal audit to meet up internal & external requirements. Be prepared always with proper arrangements to face any external audit successfully concerned with any issues.
• Check list developing, monitoring and reporting regularly to concern authority or management relating to HR and administrative issues.
• Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.
