Job Description / Responsibility
• Job Responsibility:
• Manager- HR, Administration and Logistics originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives and ongoing development of a superior workforce and key employee retention & development. Establishes office management manual and guidelines and manages internal communications. Manages polices and systems for staff safety and project resource security.
• Ensure smooth execution of KPI based performance management system (PMS). Devise proper performance measurement tools to properly evaluate each level of the employees.
• Carry out training need analysis (TNA) and design effective training programs based on performance appraisal. Heavy involvement in training and development and retentions at all levels as well as preparing organizational chart and HR related analysis and presentations.
• Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
• Able to execute overall factory operations and admin/HR activities and logistics support. Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory. Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
• Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & logistic issues. Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of HR, administration and logistic. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Maintain logistic and administrative support for assigned factory to maximize productivity;
• Negotiate and administer the Company’s administrative issues, regulatory affairs and utility related matters with relevant Govt. offices, local administration and other related organizations. Formulate various policies & procedures related to Administration & Security of the company.
• Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
• It is a highly specialized position for supervising and managing the Security Unit of the factory premises. He is totally responsible to insure the safety and security of human beings, valuable materials, and classified documents pertaining to the premises.
• He is accountable for the strategic planning of transport of products distribution, monitor the delivery from the distribution centers, to ensure the products are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
• Special Requirement:
• Able to supervise HR plan and policies, Administrative, logistic and security related atter documentation in a large manufacturing unit.
• SAP HCM professional will get additional advantage.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
• Flexible and able to manage multifaceted projects along with day to day responsibilities
• Participative management style – strong team orientation.
• Maintains a positive attitude.
• Shows respect to coworkers and company structure, Co-operates with other Co-Workers.
• Performs position functions without supervision, Displays initiative in performing work functions, Exercises prudent judgement.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements
MBA in HRM or Management from any reputed University (PGD in PM/ PGD in HRM will be given preference)
