Have to ensure production and shipment as per factory plan.
Have to report top management with authenticated information on time.

Requirements
Minimum Graduation with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
With MBA (HRM) or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management is highly expected.
Experience RequirementsAt least 7 year(s)

Factory HR Administration, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Performance & Career Management

Age 32 to 38 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Must have minimum three years work experience in the same position in any renowned RMG Factories.
Must have adequate knowledge in prevailing laws and ordinance including Bangladesh Labor laws, BNBC, Environment laws etc.
Must have good knowledge over knit based factory production to shipment process.
Must have literacy in computer, email and software use.
Must have good leader ship skill, communication skill and self motivation.
