• M.I. Cement Factory Limited (Crown Cement), a leading and reputed Public Limited Cement Company of the country invites application from committed and result-oriented professionals for the above position.
• Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to-
• To assist GM-HR in routine day-to-day HRM operation.
• Responsible for compliance to regulatory issues of the company
• To assist GM-HR in administering day-to-day functions of Employee relations that include employee engagement, Events, Meeting and coordination etc. of SBUs of the group
• To maintain liaison with departments/ units/ agencies, institutions and individuals on mutual interest for smooth operation of HRM functions.
• To carry out all other reasonable and rational assignments by the authority at times.
• Job Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka.

Educational Requirements
• Tertiary level education in Human Resource/ Management/ Business or related discipline
• PGDHRM from reputed institution

• Age At most 40 year(s)
• Minimum 08-10 years experience in related area in a reputed organization
• Commitment to promote organizational values
• Good interpersonal and liaison skills
• Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner;
• Good computer literacy
• Excellent command over written and spoken English to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
