Job Description / Responsibility
• To survey Market for raw materials with respect to price, quality & availability
• To follow-up Raw materials supplier sourcing
• To follow-up Daily purchase as per Requisition.
• Secure raw material delivery at relevant store/ manufacturing unit
• Ensure reliability of supplies by developing good relationship with them. Actively participate in optimum price sourcing through negotiation with manufacturer & other vendors. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists, conduct vendor registration and vendor performance management
• Follow up at relevant store/toll manufacturing unit.
• Providing services as may become necessary to support the operation of the business as directed by the Management
