Job Description / Responsibility
• Shall be able to prepare and maintain Quality Management System of all the units of a zone. The eligible candidate has to perform the following responsibilities:
• Shall well versed in planning and ensure Quality Management System in accordance to the Buyer’s requirement.
• Well versed in Quality Planning and ensure Quality Management System
• Shall able to supervise Quality team consisting of nearly 150 people.
• Shall able to improve existing Quality Management System (QMS) and day to day development as per buyer’s requirement and able to prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to the buyer.
• Shall ensure product quality as per buyer’s requirement, as per base AQL standard.
• Shall ensure both preventive & remedial measures against any sort of occurrence and defect terminology.
• Shall ensure each and every inspection including buyers’ proper documentations for the shipment.
• Knowledge about root course analysis, course and effect diagram, Paratoo analysis is required.
• Knowledge about 150-9000 quality management system.
• Maintain inline reject percentage below 5%
• Final inspection pass rate 100%

Additional Job Requirements
• Having a proven managerial/ leadership experience, in a woven garments manufacturing environment, is required.
• Good knowledge about the entire Manufacturing Quality Garments, as well as new Techniques of manufacturing.
• Should have the technical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, in line, pre-final & final inspection & responsible on day to day production follow up.
• Should have In-depth, technical knowledge, and able adapt with AQL levels at factory.
• Good Knowledge about overall process from Cut to Ship.
• Should have good knowledge to do investigation & understanding shrinkage issues, producing user friendly guide & rolling out.
• Should be capable to motivate operators to achieve desired output & development of skilled operation.
• Good knowledge in Fabric Parameters and characteristics/ laboratory testing, Sampling, Product inspections and factory evaluation.
• Computer literacy on Ms Word, Ms Excel.
