Job Description / Responsibility
• Company Category: System Design, Solutions and Integration (ICT)/ IT/ NETWORKING
• Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws with LC management.
• Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.
• Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
• Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
• Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
• Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
• Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, HR , Finance & Accounts for resource costing and allocation
• Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
• Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
• Design or implement supply chains that support environmental policies.
• Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
• Design or implement warehousing strategies for material delivery.
• Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
• Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
• Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
• Local and foreign product sourcing according to the need and demand of Sales
• Final SCM costing for submitting price to the clients
• Monitor and evaluate daily business operation for product delivery
• Warehouse Management.
• Product inventory Management.
• Constant communications with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for product sourcing and price negotiation.
• Monitor product shipment and trans-shipment.

Educational Requirements
A bachelor`s degree from an UGC approved university of Bangladesh or a reputed foreign university and a professional certification in Supply Chain Management (CPSM/ CSCP/ CSCA). A postgraduate degree can be added advantage.
Experience Requirements
At least 6 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of full-time working experience, with 5 years in the relevant field
• Experience in Telecom & IT industry is preferable
• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in the relevant field
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• The ability to develop team members
