• Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
• Supervise team`s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers` buying objectives
• Supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency
• Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production

• Candidates having professional degree in Apparel Merchandising would be given preference
• The applicants must have at least 10-12 years experience in garment sourcing & merchandising fields with at least 3 years in a managerial position with any reputed multinational Buying/Sourcing/ Liaison Office.
• Should have hands-on experience on Customer Relationship Management, Product & Business development as well as Vendor Management
• Having excellent product knowledge on woven (Tops & Bottom) with capacity of handling very demanding and renowned customers
• Capable of leading a merchandising team professionally
• Conversant with handling world famous demanding customers
• Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Familiar with Computer applications
