Job Description / Responsibility
Monitoring Coordinator will be responsible to develop tools & techniques for monitoring the planned program
To monitor the progress of the program`s activities on regular basis
To submit comprehensive program monitoring report to the management of BNWLA and donors with effective recommendation.
Providing technical assistance to the program team for ensuring desired quality of the project activities.
To provide monthly and quarterly monitoring report to the project coordinator as well as donor agencies
Review monitoring reports; analyze them for impact evaluation and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation.
Continuous follow up of the implementation of monitoring recommendation at field level
Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of M & E recommendation to identify where adaptations might be needed.
Regular sharing of monitoring findings with project staff,
Carry out field visits for developing and maintaining a supportive supervision system at different layers.
Maintain liaison with respective Unit/ Offices of BNWLA

Educational Requirements
Masters in Social Science with at least 4-5 years experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of Human Rights based development program.

Age 25 to 32 year(s)
The incumbent must have good communication skills including fluent both in written and spoken in English.
The candidates must have sound knowledge in computer application with software based reporitng
4-5 years experiences in monitoring and evaluation of Child Protection or Human Rights based development Program.
The incumbent must have sound knowledge on report writing both in English and Bangla
The candidates must have sound knowledge in computer application with digital data analysis.

Salary Range
TK.30000 – 30000

Other Benefits
The mentioned salary is including bonus and there is no provision of bonus under this project.
