Job Description / Responsibility
• Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian and development NGO in General Consultative Status with the UN ECOSOC (United Nations Economic and Social Council). Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for the above position under its ‘Saemaul Zero Hunger Communities Project (SZHCP)’ at Sirajganj district with the support of UN World Food Programme (WFP) and financial assistance from International Cooperation Agency (KOICA):
• Job Description:
• Assist in Organizing and facilitate capacity building Workshops/Training for project staff on issues related to M&E Plan, Reporting etc.
• Conduct / arrange all kinds of survey/ studies
• Develop monitoring plan
• Collect information, Analysis the program critical issues and inform the management for better performance.
• Produce regular/ periodical quantitative and qualitative monitoring report.
• Provide timely and relevant analysis and recommendations to the project team keep in track.
• Provide regularly updated report on the status of implementation against the project goals and objectives to the project management and the team.
• Synthesize and analyze data for summary and thematic reports on M&E findings.
• Regular documentation and reporting on field activities.
• Collect and finalize case study.
• Continuous field visits and provide feedback/ suggestions.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Bachelor/ MSS in sociology/ statistics/ economics/ development studies or relevant subject.
Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar of monitoring & reporting in development organization.
• Excellent writing, speaking & reporting in English ;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
• Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask;
• Ability to cope with pressure;
• Creativity, imaginative and initiative;
• Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Design script for monthly report.
• Ability to take photos by using digital camera and have to have creative mind while taking photo. Maintain a photo database of various programs & report writing of the organization.
• Have skill to designing, writing and/or producing presentations, articles, leaflets, journals, reports, publicity brochures and information for program activities.
