Job Description / Responsibility
The applicants should have experience in Pc Assembling, hardware Troubleshoot, Configuration and Fixing.
Set-up and maintenance of LAN and WAN.
Should have knowledge in all sorts of VIRUS removing techniques.
Knowledge in Network printer troubleshooting.
Monitor network/ Provide timely reports of Network Performance and Failures.
Provide high level of support in network problem resolutions over the phone and on-site.
Knowledge in Cisco, Linux & Mikrotik is a plus.

CSE graduate or equivalent degree from reputed university.

Age 20 to 30 year(s)
Support over Phone 24/7.
Ready for work in rostering schedule.
Google Earth documents Knowledge is a must.
Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as visio, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
Should have strong reporting & presentation skill.
Monitoring and training new IT support staffs.
