Officer (Admin & HR) – Mymensingh – TM Textiles & Garments Ltd

Job Description / Responsibility
Must have adequate knowledge regarding social and technical compliance issues.
To prepare daily compliance report.
He/she will be responsible to his superior Officer for duties.
To monitor attendance record on daily basis in association with Admin & HR.
To prepare overall documents of office memo, circular & various types of reports.
To provide required information for salary & wages.
To check salary sheet after completion and submission to Accounts department.
To make worker migration report.
To enter workers information into the software.
To check firefighting equipment’s regularly.
To arrange fire drill regularly and prepare & maintain documents properly.
Should have knowledge about labor law 2006, factory rules & environmental regulations.
To ensure performance appraisal, annual increment, promotion, confirmation, ID card, mobile SIM card etc.
To update leave record daily.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior Officer.

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA (Major in HRM) or Masters in any discipline from reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement, HRIS/HR Database Management, General HR
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
