Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure maintenance work in leased apartments (Electric, Civil, sanitary etc.) with home appliances equipment;
• General building maintenance with minor electric work;
• To organize and control numbers of vehicles;
• Transport pool management; Controlling and effective utilization of vehicles operation;
• To ensure installation of equipment and replacement of components through the vendor;
• Operation of Facility and Logistic Support, etc;
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as and when required;
• Maintain and update records, files, and documents in an organized manner;
• Ensure payment of monthly utility bills for leased apartments;
• Ensure all kinds of Report, Documentation/Paper works, etc;
• Maintain liaison with government entities;
• Any other relevant jobs assigned by Management from time to time;
• Must be mentally prepared to perform the duty on a shift basis;
