• Job Location: Dhaka (Corporate Head Office)
Job Description / Responsibility
• This position is fully responsible to prepare and Implement purchasing instructions, policies .
• Have to prepared monthly demand forecasting calculation and prepares weekly purchase plan.
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services and ensure in-house of goods timely.
• Communicates with accounts in order to ensure suppliers payment.
• Collects materials samples from supplier and have to do market survey for ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Collects price quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative statement as per management requirement.
• Check all documents for payment process and preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases.
• Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.
• Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve best price/best quality.
• Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements and other related data in an organized fashion.

Graduation in any discipline from any Public or reputed private university.
Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year(s)
Job Requirements
• Applicants should have 1 year experience in Electrical & Electronics, Consumer Foods Company.
• Experience will be negotiable for qualifications.
• Must have Electrical & Electronics, Consumer Food Purchase experience.
• Must have Computer knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Access etc.
• Must have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill.
• Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy.
