Job Description / Responsibility
• Adopt industrial engineering practice in every possible area for maximum
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
• Layout of equipment, materials, and work space to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures
• Activities Implement lean manufacturing process.
• Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements,
• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
• Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters and training needs
• Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
• Any other assignment as assigned by the superior.
• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
• Ensure production target of the lines as per production plan;
• Style/ Model criticality analysis & layout preparation for every style & work station calculation.
• Bottleneck in operation – identify and eradicate;
• Motion and Line balancing – Based on Capacity and WIP (Work in Progress) in the line;
• Prepare Daily NPT (Non-Productive Time) report and ensure NPT reduce at a constant rate.

Educational Requirements
Minimum B. Sc in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Production Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Production, Quality Control/Audit

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 03 years` experience in Knit composite from reputed company(s)
• Applicants should have experience in Planning & Production in knit composite factory.
• The applicants should have experience in Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing), Work Study
