Officer – Innovation & Quality Management – Dhaka – International Development Enterprises

Job Description / Responsibility
iDE is looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to work with PROOFS, an innovative project that supports private sector actors to ensure sustainable food and nutrition security. Following a unique approach, the project will encourage vertical integration of bottom up and top down business strategies, commercialize existing infrastructure and technologies serving the base of the pyramid and embed nutrition messaging in sustainable service provision. The project will be implemented by international consortium partners ICCO Cooperation, BoP Innovation Center and iDE, in close cooperation with local partners. iDE is looking for a skilled and ambitious professional for the position of Officer – Innovation & Quality Management who will assist in field based output and outcome level monitoring systems of the PROOFS project.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the Innovation & Quality (iQ) Manager and iQ Experts in executing the Monitoring and Results Measurement Plan.
Ensure collection, coordination and aggregation of project level data;
Maintain the knowledge management database, including all reports, case studies etc;
Support the preparation of regular reports according to the reporting schedule for the project:
Support the internal dissemination of knowledge (within the project and within the consortium);
Support the iQ Manager and Project Management Team in the development of external communication materials (e.g. case studies, documentaries, presentations, etc.)
Undertake any other additional responsibility, as instructed by the iQ Manager PROOFS;
Job Location : Dhaka (with frequent field visit)

Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Statistics/Social Science/Development Studies/Economics/Business Administration

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring and evaluation of rural development projects.
Familiarity and experience with project management concepts, particularly Logical Frameworks, Impact Logic or Result Chains is an advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including ability to present coherent and convincing messages to different audiences.
Ability to interact and collaborate with a broad range of public and private sector and NGO partners.
Ability to travel and undertake fieldwork in rural contexts.
Ability to cohesively work with various national and international team members, and the flexibility to adapt to different work conditions.
Ability to adapt and work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, SPSS.
