Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of Samsung Mobile core products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead Sales Support operations.
• Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets /exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
• Work in coordination with the other team to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture,
• Focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff.
• Work in coordination with Sales Team to motivate and drive performance of the SEC/SUP.
• Collecting and collating the competition data analysis and provide the feedback and insight to the management.
• Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times by the team and that behavior aligns with our company values.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Sellout team and address calls for most general business issues; escalate to management.
• Work closely with marketing team to drive strategy through discussions with Sales Team.
• Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Sales Support team.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
• Planning and devising the TGT of SEC?s.
• Coordinating with the principle company.

Educational Requirements
• Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University.
• Candidates from Public Universities/ NSU and with relevant Training/ Experience will get preference.
Experience Requirements
• 7 to 10 year(s)

Relationship Management/Key Account Management, Sales, Distribution/Supply Chain Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Telecommunication
