Job Description / Responsibility
• He will responsible for the following assigned tasks:
• Will work directly under Manager (Operations).
• In absence of Operation Officer he will be overall responsible for the duties and responsibilities of Operation Officer.
• Carryout Recruitment of Security Guards and Armed Guards impart proper training to them and deploy them timely to their respective posts.
• He will do regular checking of the posts of Security Guards and Armed Guards both day and night.
• He will be responsible for imparting proper ‘On Job Training’ to the Security Guards, Post Supervisors and Armed Guards.
• Ensure providing required service to the clients through our Security Guards and Armed Guards, maintain close contact with the clients, receiving their feedback and taking appropriate measure accordingly are also the responsibility of Patrol Supervisor.
• Ensure Carrying out ‘Security Survey’ and limited scale of marketing in coordination with Marketing Department.
• Be ready to undertake any other task given by the Higher Authority.
