Job Description / Responsibility
• In this role, the person will be responsible to develop lubricating oil business and establishments relevant to lubricating oil business in Bangladesh.
• Candidate should be able to manage, coordinate activities with regard to above.
• Should be able to take challenge with regard to targets and HSE compliance.
• Responsibilities include leadership of device production, manufacturing labs, manufacturing engineering, EHS, planning and procurement functions to meet quality, service, talent management and cost objectives.

Educational Requirements
B. Sc. Engineering (Chemical)/(Mechanical), preferably with MBA from any reputed university

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 40 to 45 year(s)
• At least ten years relevant experience in operations, business, or technical discipline, preferably in blending/chemical process plant.
• Strong organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; possess strong commitment to company values.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; negotiation skills with leadership quality; ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams.
• Financial reporting and project management skills.
• Ambitious, pro-active and self motivated individual
