Job Description / Responsibility
Overall project cycle management: Project Planning aligning with the project proposal, designing, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, monitoring processes and preparing program reports.
Develop technical documents, including concept paper, monitoring & evaluation report.
Formulate SOPs, Manuals, Policies and Strategies. Ensure successful implementation of each while complying with statutory requirements.
Support donor report development, through contributing data, activity reports, progress updates and financial reports.
Maintain record and accountability of all fixed assets, documents, publications, policies, registrations etc. related to SCIDAB.
Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on a regular basis.
Follow up of the expenditures against the program activities and make financial reporting
Facilitate linkages among Disabled Peoples Organizations (DPOs), mainstream development organizations, and other stakeholders, particularly government authorities where SCIDAB operates as part of the project.
Providing technical and capacity building supports to the organizations, grassroots persons with disabilities (SCIP) and their self-help groups (care giver).
Coordinate advocacy and networking Program from National to regional level.
Attend various coordination meetings organized by CRP, NGOs and respective Government authorities.
Serve as a link between management of SCIDAB and CRP staffs by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
Liaison with inside and outside resources for training and skill development.
Plan, conduct and facilitate in organizing various seminars, workshops, trainings and meetings.
Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records, including auditing for projects and for the organization.
Work closely and oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices, including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers etc.
Contribute to the collection of case studies to monitor progress of targeted SCI people.
Keep and update personal records of SCI people.
Perform any other responsibilities, duties and obligations as fixed and delegated.
Work Station: Based on CRP-Chapain, Savar, Dhaka-1343. May have to travel and field visit to the regional offices.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduates in Social Science, Human Rights, Sociology, Gender and Disability Studies, International Development or relevant discipline. (Academic qualification is flexible for the experienced candidates)
Additional Job Requirements
Good speaking and writing skills both in Bangla and English.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Computer skills- MS office package- both in English and Bangla.
Experience in contributing to data collection and indicator tracking within development projects or programs be treated as an added advantage.
Ability for extensive and independent travels in Capital and Regional/Divisional cities.
Experience in the relevant field will be highly preferred.
