Job Description / Responsibility
• Develop and implement MEAL strategies in collaboration with the National Office and HRC/Project Offices for measuring organizational strength and performance at the field level and identifying program qualities and good/best practices implemented by HFHII-B directly and/or through partner/CBOS that contribute to a positive impact on target communities.
• Design and conduct assessment/baseline survey and evaluation (Midterm/Final/ Impact) of the project/programs in consultation with. SM -PD and M&E.
• Builds MEAL capacity of the program/project staffs through designing and implementing of appropriate training. This includes assisting program team in project design including MEAL planning in consultation with SM -PD and M&E and the HFHI Asia-Pacific Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.
• Report Senior Manager on the status of HFHI-B’s overall program implementation and its implications.
• Participate in programmatic audits for HFHI-B and partner/CBOs and develop tools and methods for such audits, in collaboration with other stakeholders
• Support partner organizations in developing their respective MEAL systems.
• Produce program/project reports for the management as assigned.
• Produce through the Global Metrics Tool (GMT) and fulfil the requirement of HFHB and AP.
• Maintain progress database for HFHB
• Research and update secondary data for project development
• Support development of logical frameworks for project proposals. This includes incorporation of good/best practices and past program/project lessons and evidence.
• Identify, gather primary data, accumulate and highlight impact in future proposals
• Support the SM-PD and in proposal development, writing of highly competitive grant proposals and project concept notes.
• Support the development and implementation of grant information management systems, processes and procedures.
• Develop a good dialog and communication with all team members to insure a healthy working environment with good relationships and motivate all staff to contribution their best for achievement of desired outcomes.

Educational Requirements
The ideal person should have a Master’s Degree preferably in statistics/social science/economics/science.

• 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Requirements
• 3-4 years working experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), preferably with a Development Organization.
• Strong technical expertise in the field of M&E , social investigation and qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Advance skills in SPSS and MS Offices software;
• Capacity to handle multi tasks & prioritize job responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
• Good hand on reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written in English & Bengali.
• Stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability.
• Good Organizational Skills
• Willingness to visit filed frequently with self-initiatives.
