Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare all payment requests, financial record-keeping and preparation of financial reports required in line with Direct Implementation financial rules and procedures;
• Support preparation of background information for project implementation, work plans and budget;
• Keep records and files of financial and technical documentation and reports;
• Support the purchase of goods and services and following up on issuance of contracts and payments;
• Liaise on the conduct to project documentation, personnel, and institutions involved in the project;
• Assist in organizing different events (meetings, seminars, workshops, trainings etc) and ensuring logistical arrangements;
• Take record of projects meetings and draft correspondence as required;
• Undertake other duties as per requirements of the project.

• Have professional/voluntary experience
• Experience in Meeting/event, travel and logistics management
• Good computer skills with typing skill both in Bangla and English language. Also have knowledge to use MS Office; Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good in Bangla and English language skills
