Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare action plan and implementation
• Staff Supervision and Monitoring
• Monthly progress and financial report preparation and submit to Donor.
• Ensure TNA, training schedule preparation and training monitoring.
• Food security and social awareness activities monitoring and ensuring participation of different activities
• Ensuring technical assistant ( Seed, Vaccination, Home gardening)
• Linkage with related Organization
• Communication with PKSF
• Budget controlling

Educational Requirements
Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in any disciplinary.

Experience Requirements
• 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Age At most 40 year(s)
• Minimum 4 -5 years working experience in development sector
• At least 4-5 years experience in livelihoods project and Micro-Finance programme of which at lest 2 years senior level management
• Development program for the poor and extreme poor people
• Having computer knowledge MS word/excel
• Should have valid motorcycle driving license
