Job Description / Responsibility
• Be skilled to set up a Modern spinning Mill Factory.
• Must be capable to factory set up, & Machine set up till commissioning.
• Be skilled for procurement of desired quality machineries and others by selecting capable and solvent vendor.
• Be capable to control the target time for completion of infrastructure for setting up the machineries.
• Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
• Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required materials.
• Submission of annual budget for Utility & Maintenance Dept.
• Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
• Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
• Be capable to forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Exchange views with local / expatriate consultant to solve different problems.
• Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on preventive maintenance, emergency / breakdown maintenance, overhauling & other stoppage time for the plant & machinery.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Applicant From srilanka and India will be more preferable.

Educational Requirements
B.SC. In Industrial Engineering/ B.Sc. In Textile Engineering (Major in Apparel/ Garments Manufacturing Technology is preferable).
