Job Description / Responsibility

• Our Factory is being established in Bhaluka with the objective of setting up a seamless and green production establishment.
• Oversee all activities relating for setting-up a modern technology factory including coordinating with design consultants, International Partners, Business Partners, Govt Bodies and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for doing the overall Factory Construction Project Plan and building the process accordingly, upon understanding the timing of each phase and ensuring its completion on time.
• Responsible for the financial planning and monitoring of the project. Need to continually conduct financial forecasting, keeping the management informed of forecasts/changes and managing the scope meticulously, so as to manage costs within budget.
• Set up the Organization Structure of the Factory and responsible for recruiting a highly professional team for different functions and in managing Outsourced Services, in collaboration with Corporate HR.
• Be familiar with international and local standards on the compliance and governing aspects of the entire fabrication of the factory
• Implement Environment, Health and Safety Policies of the company and ensure all organization policies, and infrastructure are strictly followed to ensure all employees are working in a safe environment.
• Coordinate with the senior management of the organization and factory team in order to cater to the priority requirements and plan execution schedule accordingly.
• Capable of managing and coordinating the procurement of different products and services that will be used in the everyday operations of the factory and also in handling LCs and shipments.

Educational Requirements
• A Bachelor`s degree from a leading university of Bangladesh or a reputed foreign university, with project management professional certifications and engineering degree (electrical/ civil/ mechanical) as added advantages.
• PMP/ PRINCE 2 certification can be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
At least 15 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in executing large projects, with Green Factory set up experience being preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven working experience in the relevant field of factory set up
• Know-how in core electrical engineering, civil and mechanical infrastructure.
• Professional certification in PMP or Prince 2 is preferable.
• Experience in Govt./ Non Govt level turnkey based projects
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a stressful and challenging environment.
• Excellent leadership and management skills and capable to build up a team, including direct a successor.
• Excellent communication (written and oral), networking and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive, passion and ability to help shape the organization`s growth.
• Open to mobility between Dhaka and Bhaluka, where long stay will be required.
