Job Description / Responsibility
• Coordinate between project site & office for smooth decision making process.
• Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
• Quality control, Site Safety, define the problem & identify the target to Improvements.
• Analyzing configurations of the basis structural components of a building or other structure.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
• Follow up details work programs & manpower.
• To prepare all types of material budgeting.
• Supervise of site Engineers & non-technical staffs.
• To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule
• Coordinate with architecture & engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects
• Formulation of the plan of structure building as per DAP, FAR.
• Should have strong knowledge about design code and different type of software like Auto CAD 2D, 3D
• Ensuring safety during work
• Preparing cost estimate
• Have immediate decision making power
• Capable to handle a high rise building & 1/2 basement project independently.
• Any other task assigned by management.

B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with Diploma

Experience Requirements
• 12 to 15 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management, Civil Engineering
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Requirements

• Capability of full understanding of Architectural plan & structural design.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience with Building in a reputed construction company.
