Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for the technical management full time supervision and control of all construction activities of project.
• Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
• Coordinate between project site & office for smooth decision making process.
• Maintain close liaison and coordination with Chief Architect, Contractors, Site Engineers and other team members of the project.
• Review and recommend works schedules and performance of contractors/workers engaged for execution of construction works.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security rules and procedures for all project working personnel, machinery and property.
• Quality control, Site Safety, define the problem & identify the target to Improvements
• Perform risk management to minimize project risk
• Prepare and submit progress reports to Chief Architect to ensure timely smooth progress and quality of work at the site.
• Carry out any other duties time to time as directed by the Management/ Chief Engineer necessary for smooth construction process.
• Building and maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders as well as the entire teams to understand the business needs and objectives.
• Experience on Operational activity post project part
• Maintain consistency with all other production facilities with regards to policy, rules, and consistent application thereof.

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc Engg in Mechanical/ Chemical with 7 to 8 Year experience of handling of green field Chemical Project & Production activity. Knowledge of HSE is need.
• Diploma Engineer with minimum 10 to 12 years experiences in relevant field can also apply.
