Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure implementation of day to day activities according to project guideline, budget and timeline according to the guidance of Project Manager
Assist trainers and field workers in preparing individual operation plan and monthly work plan
Provide necessary support and guidance to trainers and field workers for timely and quality implementation of project activities
Carry out regular supervise, follow up and monitoring of project activities through regular field visits and coordination with trainers and field workers
Maintain liaison and good relation with all concerned stakeholders and ensure their support when and where necessary for the smooth operation of the project activities
Maintain proper documentation of direct beneficiaries and project activities
Prepare activity-based report based on individual reportprepared by the concerned staffs
Prepare monthly narrative reports and submit to Project Manager
Maintain 100% standards in financial and logistics management to meet accountability and transparency as per project budget guideline and organizational rules
Maintain close cooperation and coordination with Project Manager for planning and implementation of project activities
Perform any other activity as directed by the management

Educational Requirements
Post-Graduation from reputed and recognized universities in Social Sciences, International Affairs, International Migration, Development Studies
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
3 years experience of working in development field
Skill in good documentation, writing reports both in Bangla and English
Fluent in English Speaking
Willingness to frequent field visit
Knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and the use of internet
Self-motivated, proactive and target oriented
Gender sensitive, capacity in team work
