Job Description / Responsibility
The Quality Manager will be responsible for the application and management of C&A sample quality processes (for their assigned area of responsibility).
This will include monitoring and coordinating the day to day activities of the sample & production technicians assigned to him/her, to ensure performance levels and achievement of the required quality output.
This role is closely linked to the C&A supply chain and using your proven track record of, thorough knowledge, in IE, TQM, with strong management skills, you will work closely with critical suppliers, critical production units or critical garment styles to ensure success and achieve the required C&A product quality and safety standards.
In addition you will be required to audit new suppliers and Woven production units and if required set up a `supplier improvement action plan`.
This is a key role and as such has an impact on other key areas within the organization, so you will be a high level `hands-on` performer with good communication skills.
