Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure in-process and finished products and processes conform to in-house policies and procedures as well as other applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Investigate complaints received about products, identify root causes and respond to customers.
• Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards, procedures and on-going quality control objectives.
• Interact with vendors to ensure quality of incoming raw materials.
• Incumbent shall be positioned at the factory site, Gazaria, Munshiganj.

Educational Requirements
BSc Engineering/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• 2 Years experience (Minimum);
• Profile: Experience in Quality Control & Assurance;
• Previous experience of working in QC department of manufacturing industries is preferred.
