Job Context
• Looking For : Regional Manager (Khulna, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Sylhet Division)
• Job location will be outside of Dhaka based on your preference Khulna/ Rajshahi/ Chittagong/ Sylhet
• Territories under these four divisions are as follows:
• Khulna: Khulna, Jessore, Barisal, Kustia
• Rajshahi: Bogra, Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dinajpur
• Chittagong: Chittagong, Feni, Comilla
• Sylhet: Sylhet, Kishorganj, Narsingdi, Tangail, Mymensingh

Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for all operational and administrative activities of the concerned territories under every region.
• Lead the planning, development and delivery of effective, efficient and sustainable services across the region, realizing Daraz strategic aims and ensuring the maximum positive impact on Daraz Brand Image.
• Understand the E-commerce Market as per your Region and create a customer database.
• Ensure the on time product delivery, outsource the product from the local market, make sure the neat and clean warehouse, handling the product inventory.
• Monitor the Territory Managers performance, ensure a good relationship with the local influential authorities.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the work place.
• Hiring the people under the supervision of Head of HR
• Train and develop the employees, performing the duties as per company requirement.
• Responsible for the PnL (profit and Loss) of all the territories under each region.

Each Regional Manager will manage a specific geographical area consisting of multiple services of different types. In addition, they will take an organisational leadership role in setting the appropriate standards, embedding best practice and leading a diversified team across the organization. RMs are responsible to work closely with the Daraz Operations Team, and lead the Hub planning, develop the effective, efficient and sustainable services across the region, realizing our strategic aims and ensuring the maximum positive impact on Daraz.
