Job Description / Responsibility
• Must have good negotiation skills to book and retain client and achieve targets.
• Must have success history in generating SME business and conversant with BB refinance schemes.
• Ability to work under pressure, result oriented and a pleasing attitude.
• Should be capable of loan analysis and selection of good borrowers.
• Should possess good product knowledge and selling skills.
• Computer literacy in mandatory.

Educational Requirements
Masters/MBA/MBM/EMBA in business discipline with no third division.

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Age At most 35 year(s)
Minimum 5 to 6 years of work experience and exposure in similar work in Bank/ NBFI.
