Job Description / Responsibility
• Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
• Discussing clients requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations, tours, accommodation and flights.
• Preparing customized itineraries to suit the clients’ preferences and budget.
• Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa, medical requirements, baggage allowance, safety and local customs.
• Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately and issue, reissue and refund e-ticket.
• Completing all ticketing, secured payments and submitting money and paperwork to accounting department.
• Adeptly dealing with different airline/agents sales representative.
• Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.

Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• Proven working Experience as a Reservation Manager in IATA accredited company.
• Excellent knowledge on Galileo and Amadeus.
• Must perform issue, reissue, and refund.
• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking)
• Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
• Communication skills (both oral and written)
• An outgoing, confident and energetic personality
• Presenting, listening and negotiation skills

• Good business awareness and selling skills
