Job Description / Responsibility
• Conduct Internal Audit monthly schedule wise;
• Follow-up corrective action plan as per CAP wise;
• Follow-up legal documents are update factory wise;
• Follow-up Accord/Alliance issue factory wise;
• Monitor Environmental Standard as per buyer requirement;
• Maintaining and follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents;

Educational Requirements
• Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with PGD in compliance from BIM.
• MBA will get preference.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

Job Requirements
• Age 28 to 30 year(s)
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work;
• Training on Fire Safety & Compliance;
• Fair knowledge on Accord & Alliance Standard and Environment;
• Knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP & C-TPAT, Oeko-tex audit;
• The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience in compliance with large garments industry;
