Job Description / Responsibility
• Handle recruitment, selection & placement as per approved HRP;
• Maintain service confirmation and on time performance appraisal;
• Maintain employees’ motivation, mentoring & counseling and discipline;
• Conduct training as per TNA & initiate development activities;
• Maintain safety & security, health-hygiene, environmental issues of assigned factory;
• Assist in maintaining the compliance issues of the factory;
• Maintain accurate HRIS & update on time.

• Masters/MBA in HRM from reputed university .
• PGD in HRM will be preferable.
Experience Requirements
• 3 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• The incumbent should have at least 3 years work experience in HR with large garments/textile industry
