Job Description / Responsibility
Must have deep product knowledge of 2 wheeler
Must understand functions and operation of parts in the vehicle
Should be able to guide the team and achieve set targets
Must have experience to develop effective dealer Service network
Take part in regular service campaign / activities
Frequent visits to service centers around the country
Plan and implement monthly/yearly service plan as per set targets.
Ensuring application training/Product Training to all external and internal customers, Partners
Providing inputs/insights /analysis to the field team enabling them to plan better/ set operational changes to achieve business objectives
Execute of Planned training calendar on OJTs (by roll out engineers).
Any other job assigned by the authority, to safeguard the interest of the organization.

Diploma in Automobile

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Good command over computer, especially in MS Office, Power Point, Internet & Email systems
Good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bengali
Ability to work under stress & in complex situation
Should have strong analytical skills.
