Job Description / Responsibility
Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all Admin related polices and procedures across the Company.
Maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company’s business.
Arrange appointments/meeting schedules with the high officials and authorities of different organization for the top Management officials of the company as and when required.
Contribute management for obtaining all necessary support to ensure smooth travel of both domestic & overseas as & when required.
Initiate & contribute management to obtaining all necessary to obtain membership and affiliation with different local and World bodies (like REHAB, FBCCI, BCCI, DCCI, BACI, Korea Bangladesh Chambers etc) pertinent to company’s nature of business.
Make periodical physical visit at different project sites/installations/parks to check, monitor & supervise the activities of deployed security personnel and suggest management necessary courses of action as deemed necessary.
Develop the yearly budget for the security related issues and monitor & review the budgeted expenditure from time to time.
Work closely with HR department in connection with preparation & submission of monthly mobile bill statement.
Organize the most appropriate Fire prevention & fire fighting facilities at different office location to face any unwanted hazards and arrange both noticed & unnoticed fire drill to educate the officials about safe & prompt evolution.
Develop &train a competent in house fire fighting team able to contribute in the area of fire prevention & fire fighting for the company.
Arrange various official functions and parties both at office and in the residence of Hon’ble Chairmen as per management directives.
Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the department head.

Have ability work under pressure.
Excellent Communication skill both in English & Bangla (reading and writing).
