Job Description / Responsibility
To maintain, coordinate, control & monitor in planning, design, development and implementation phases of various assigned Projects to ensure optimum success
Responsible for providing technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks. At this level, the position is typically responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks
Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management
Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client. 6. Coordinates development of deliverables and products
Maintain communication with various stockholders of the project
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables through ensuring the quality of the UAT and deployment process.
Ensure all required approval of the project on time
Escalate the project obstacle to respective higher management on time
Identifying and evaluating risk, issues and change requests to a Project
Documenting decisions and tracking action items and thus provides the administrative support needed for effective decision making
Identifying project level milestones and integrating them into an overall program level plan
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate managers
May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks
Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
Investigates specific performance issues and communicates early warning signs of troubled projects
Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.

Age 30 to 35 year(s)
Certified PMP/PRINCE2 candidate will get preference
Minimum 5 years of experience as Software Developer
Minimum 3 years of experience as Software Development Team lead/ IT Project Manager
Total 8 to 15 years of experience as IT professional. Good business analysis capacity
