Job Description / Responsibility
• Supervising the CCM operation
• Minimizing rapid temperature drop during casting & sudden clogging of liquid metal in turndish
• Assuring the quality of the final billet
• Achieving targeted production.
• Maintaining the set quality parameters at all stages of production
• Ensuring optimum wastage control and improve the control system
• Communicating and coordinating with SMS section properly.
• Allocating duty to subordinate and man management
• Ensuring housekeeping of CCM area.
• Minimizing metal loss and no. of return heats.
• Utilizing manpower according to their ability.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production report.

B.Sc or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering, Machine Operator, Maintenance, Operation, Production, Quality
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 28 year(s)
Knowledge of Quality management report, budgetary control etc.
