Showroom Manager – World Mission 21 Ltd – Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Manage overall operations of the showroom
Serve to walk in customers with satisfactory level of salesmanship.
Ensure product delivery and installation within the committed time to the customers and coordinate after sales services to previous customers in order to build long term business relationship
Daily effective follow up with existing and potential customers to increase the sales.
Create customer network and update database by putting visit information in official format.
Projecting expected sales volume, plan and implement sales program.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas by customer group and products group wise.
Determine and analyze customer’s needs, trends.
Maintain counseling, disciplining staffs, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
Prepare necessary documents and submit to the management.
Maintain and submit the inventory / stock report to the management.
Manage overall operations of the showroom.
Overall achieve monthly sales target & maintain smooth operations of the showroom.

Educational Requirements
Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline; MBA will get preference
Will be relaxed for experienced.

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research, Retail Stores/Shops, Sales, Trading/Wholesale/Indenting
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Job Requirements
Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation
Should have the ability to work under pressure
Should have basic computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
