Job Description / Responsibility
• To conduct initial social, technical & follow-up audits as per TALLY WEIJL standards.
• Follow up the Accord requirements and remediation process with the factories.
• Ensure that the Accord CAP’s has taken place as approved by the Accord on given timeline, reports are accurate, true and contain sufficient information.
• Regular visit to the factories to conduct follow up audit as per the Accord and Tally Weijl’s Compliance audit plan & prepare draft audit reports based on the on-site visit.
• Maintaining and follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary copy of legal documents of existing and new suppliers.
• Maintain relevant support documents and audit outcomes. Filling out all types of compliance forms and documents provided by the buyer’s and other compliance monitoring agencies.
• Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production, and timely delivery of the goods. Supervising & advising the merchandisers / quality assurance officers and communicating & reporting consistently to the office manager/ buyers and keep them updated.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by the Team Manager.
• Build long term partnership with suppliers and look for continuous improvement.

• Graduate in any discipline from any reputed educational institute.
• PGD in Compliance Management is perquisite for the position.
Experience Requirements
7 to 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• 7 to 10 years’ experience in Compliance in RMG Sector
• Experience on the Accord audit and CAP process is a must
• Experience at a European buying house is an advantage
• The applicants must be conversant in all compliances issues
• Must be cooperative and able to work in a team as well as independently in a fast paced environment
• Must demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English knowledge orally and written
• Must have knowledge on MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and internet proficiency
• Must show Commitment and loyalty to the company
