Job Description / Responsibility
Draw a plan for outreach activity for effective implementation of child protection programming for children of sex worker, parents and caregivers.
Provide a wide range of child protection and safe guarding information to needs of the children of sex worker (ChSW).
Provide onsite/regular support to community resource person and ChSW to implement the various child protection strategies in a proper way amongst the children of sex worker, parents and caregivers.
Organize and facilitate the children resilience training, courtyard session at community level.
Maintain regular communication with the CBCPC members and other stakeholders in relation with the project activities.
Maintain and functional the Child Protection Center at community.
Assist to Project Officer for organizing different session, training, and workshop.
Ensure regular home visit and follow up for case management in collaboration with case supervisor.
Conduct field work and maintain liaison with field beneficiaries.
Ensure beneficiaries have access to the relevant services
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Representative from sex worker community will receive priority in this position and educational qualification will be flexible for sex worker community and children.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 18 to 35 year(s)
Only females are allowed to apply.
At least two years practical experience in related field is required.

Preference will be given to those who have experiences of working with Child Protection & rights, HIV/AIDs and most-at-risk populations will be an added advantage
