Job Description / Responsibility
• Critically assess the environmental, health, safety, and labor conditions for workers in manufacturing settings across all industries, including among others apparel, raw materials, hard goods, leather industry etc.
• Analyze facility practices against local laws, client codes of conduct, and best practices.
• Meet Key Performance Targets related to report turnaround time and report quality
• Support the Training Manager in providing onsite training to new assessors as needed
• Carry out other company assignments effectively
• Qualifications and abilities include:
• Good command of reading and writing English
• Familiar with the Bangladesh Labor Law, procedures, health and safety, and environmental laws and regulations
• Ability to travel frequently in Bangladesh
• Effective problem solving and factory CSR training skills
• Proactive, open-minded, fast learner, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics

Educational Requirements
University degree required, preferably in Law, English, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Industry, Textile or related disciplines.

Job Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of relevant CSR assessment or EHS management work experience.
• SA 8000 Basic, SA 8000 Advance and successful completion of the BSCI Auditor Qualification Programme and ISO preferred
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research/reporting/ Analytical tools.
