Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – HR – US-Bangla Airlines Ltd – Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
• Assist and conduct recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain daily attendance, leaves, absenteeism of company staff and prepare daily and monthly headcount report to the management.
• Handle personal records & files of employees with confidentiality.
• Implement the company HR policy and procedure very strictly.
• Maintain a fair Performance Appraisal practice and educate line managers.
• Develop and recommend to the management for various schemes/ programs/plans/ propositions related to employee welfare as an effective tool of motivation for employee retention.
• Foresee and visualize the future requirement of potential manpower & challenges in terms of their skill and expertise.
• Responsible for Salary Administration including Attendance & Leave management.
• Maintain HRIS Software for the new employees and existing employees.

Educational Requirements
MBA/ BBA major in HIM from reputed university.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Recruitment & Selection
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 26 to 32 year(s)
• Should have good computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills both English and Bangla.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Hard working.
